Marzola exhibits two New Presses at Enomaq 2011

Marzola have decided for the Enomaq 2011 (Zaragoza, Spain, 15th to 18th February) to present two new presses developed by their R+D+i department, with a team of 8 specialists: electronic and mechanical engineers and project engineers.
The new Basket Press, which has become the emblem of Marzola, has been provided with an electronic control of the pressing speed, enabling the oenologist to obtain a cleaner must due to a slow process. Besides, one of the process phases involves reducing pressure to the cylinder, preventing thus the formation of must bags and enabling a regular flowing through all the pulp, to be finally filtered in order to extract the best properties of the grape.
On the other hand, the new SinOx Pneumatic Press completes the Marzola range for the making of varietal and select white wines that require pressing at inert atmosphere, to prevent oxidizing.
